If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at noomswim@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene protections attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or withdrawal, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags and hygiene protections attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, staining, or alteration.
We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.
