Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Noom Swim. We are happy that you've decided to join our tribe. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but we understand that it doesn't always work out. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Eligibility for Exchanges

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly ask that you wear underwear when trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that are stained, ruined or show any signs of wear. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please, note that the shipping costs will be on your account.

How to Return your Item

You can easily return your item by emailing us at noomswim@gmail.com, indicating the reason and the order number, you then must send the product to the address indicated by depositing it to the nearest delivery point of our courier. If it is not possible for you to deposit the package, we offer, to some designated areas, an express return service by which we will pick up your shipment with our courier company at the address and time you specify for an extra cost (from 7.95 €). This amount will be deducted from the refund of your return. 

Processing

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. If your return is approved, we will issue a voucher of the amount you've paid that you can use as store credit.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for international returns. Once
inspected, we will issue the store credit voucher.
