If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or withdrawal, items must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Have all original tags and hygiene protections attached.

Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, staining, or alteration.
We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation of receipt.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returned items must be sent to the return address provided during the return process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, as required by applicable law.
Original shipping costs may be refunded where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
